Warranties
Warranties will vary supplier to supplier for timeframe and use related acceptance. All claims under warranty are subject to quality of care, use and routine maintenance review and process fees. The manufacturer may deem merchandise that has failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, modified, lightning damage or other acts of God, or incidental damages may not be accepted as a warranty return. Manufacture / supplier guidelines must have been followed for the life cycle of the product within the warranty period. All warranty return shipping / freight charges will be the responsibility of the returning party as well as a percentage to be determined of the replacement shipping / freight cost. Under warranty a repair or refurbished item maybe provided as a replacement. If there is action needed on an order please open a CATS+ ticket with the SD Vendor order number included with that ticket. If this is equipment provided with a new shop install please open a CATS+ ticket to beset resolve the issue.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is action needed on an order please open a CATS+ ticket with the SD Vendor order number included with that ticket.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your credit to post on the bookkeeping schedule. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact using the CATS+ ticketing system.

Third Party Policies
If an item or items were purchased via SD Vendor but were shipped from an outside company via third party, third party refund or return policies will need to be followed. Please open a CATS+ if assistance is needed with a vendor contact to help with processing. To expedite the process you are welcome to reach out to the vendor directly with the issue for resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (dated good), custom products (such as special custom orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item via a CATS+ ticket. 

All the above if not validated and processed via a CATS+ ticket could be subject to a restocking fee and handling fee.
